| OUR BUSINESS |
The JLF Group of Companies was established in 1981.
Now embracing 26 separate entities, we have grown to become one of Australia's leading property development, marketing and financial services groups, with regional offices in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Perth and Canberra. Our head office occupies a 10-acre riverfront campus on Queensland's Gold Coast.
The JLF Group is a boutique property services provider, integrating property development and marketing operations (currently offering over 500 house & land packages and vacant land lots each year) and complementary products and services in wealth building, education and finance.
A quick snapshot. In our first 25 years, we have bought, sold or developed over 5,000 properties - and now own or control assets in excess of $100m. Our property operations have an annual turnover in excess of $150 million per annum, and our finance operations, $100 million. We also have a controlling interest in over 1,000 rental management properties.

Situated in the Brisbane bay side suburb of Victoria Point.
On completion: over 350 lots.
Kimberley Forest Estate
Situated within the now inner-Brisbane suburb of Shailer Park.
On completion: over 1,250 lots.
Rangeview Estate
Situated in Algester
On completion: over 200 lots.

Backed by financial strength and strong turnover, the JLF Group offers land developers marketing services, a building program & the ability to underwrite stages of part or whole developments.
In particular we offer pre-sales and quality housing, promoting the growth of land values in estates - and supporting the objectives of developers, buyers and investors alike.
We are happy to tailor our acquisitions and pre-commitments to suit developers' needs. Our track record boasts thousands of pre-commitments, underwriting agreements, joint ventures, financing arrangements and straight acquisition of developed lots or englobo parcels.

The JLF Group helps 'ordinary' Australians to build wealth (through the Custodian WealthBuilders program), but we are equally committed to empowering those who want to take fuller responsibility for their own wealth building.
