JOHN FITZGERALD
Chief Executive
Founder of the group, John was born in 1963, and was the youngest person to be registered as a licensed real estate sales agent in Australia at the age of 17. He was instrumental in the establishment and management of several large unit trust development syndicates and sales of special projects in the 1980's for a public company; John subsequently established the JLF Group and is the driving force behind the company. John is a licensed property developer.
John Fitzgerald is author of the book, "Seven Steps to Wealth", educating average Australians on how to build wealth through property . He has also featured in the Australian Broadcasting Corporation documentary, "Australian Story - Great Expectations".
In addition to his expertise in property, John is the founder of Toogoolawa Childrens' Home Ltd., a registered charity established to provide long term care including housing and schooling for troubled youth. He believes that everyone has a duty to contribute to society to help people less fortunate than themselves who need assistance. John also wrote "We Can Be Heroes" - seven stories from the road to inner wealth.
John is an active member of Custodian WealthBuilders and has acquired dozens of homes in the program since 1998. Each year John aims to add at least 30 homes to his portfolio. John has an extensive real estate portfolio in addition to his Custodian Wealth Building Group homes.

JONOTHAN BRYANT
General Manager – Sales, Marketing & Business Development
Jonothan recently joined us after 20+ years in the luxury segment of the motor trade. He has very diverse experience having worked in London, Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne and has successfully fulfilled roles in sales, sales management, dealer principal and finance management.
Jonothan also operated his own finance brokerage for several years and the experience gained here assist in making Investloan a more integrated part of our offering to clients thereby allowing us to offer a one stop shop for your property investment needs.
He prides himself on making sure he and his team genuinely focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty by operating with respect, integrity and honesty at all times.

SCOTT WATSON
General Counsel
Scott joined the JLF Group after five years as a solicitor in private practice. He holds Bachelor degrees in Law and Accountancy and is currently enrolled in a Masters degree in Urban and Regional Planning.
Scott has gained a keen interest in both property development and investment and has advised a wide range of clients including State Government departments, publicly listed companies developing integrated master planned communities, the JLF Group and individuals investing through the Custodian program.
He brings to the group his technical experience in property development and investment, together with his working knowledge of the JLF Group and its clients.
Since joining the JLF Group in March 2004 he has acquired one Custodian property.

NICK HUEBNER
Research/Acquisitions
Nick joined the JLF Group in August 2003 after completing his full Real Estate Agent's License. He runs the research department and assists John Fitzgerald in land acquisition.
Nick is currently completing an Advanced Diploma in Property and Valuation.
Nick has purchased one Custodian property.

PAUL THYNNE
Construction Manager
Paul operated his own successful management company prior to joining the JLF Group and acquired his skills through management roles with leading Corporations such as Qantas, Advantage International and Queensland Events Corporation. Paul brings to the JLF Group a strong background in the project management, as well as a vast knowledge of the property market.
Paul has acquired two homes since 1998.

SIMON MEEHAN
Director Victorian CWB
Simon has been in the sales arena for the past 20 years, working in various roles. Prior to joining Custodian WealthBuilders, Simon was Victorian Sales Manager with the multi-national oil company, Valvoline. As an ex-AFL football player with St Kilda, and a coach of Aussie Rules teams for 11 years, Simon's greatest strength is his ability to mix and communicate with clients from all walks of life. Responsible for the Victorian operation, Simon oversees all Sales Consultants as well as presenting the Custodian WealthBuilders workshops in Melbourne.
Simon has bought 11 properties with Custodian WealthBuilders since 1998.

MICHAEL QUINN
NSW Sales Manager
Michael Quinn has a strong sales & marketing background including his role as General Manager and the "television face" for Danoz Direct.
After revisiting "Seven Steps to Wealth" Michael has totally restructured his goals and his career and has joined our company as Sales Manager in the Sydney office.
Michael is committed to showing clients how to create wealth through duplication and his focus on customer service, teamwork and pride will be a welcome addition to the Sydney operation.
Michael has five Custodian properties.

GARY SPARKS
Queensland Sales Manager
Gary brings to Custodian many years of marketing and sales experience, most involved with helping people achieve their goals. Originally from Melbourne he operated a successful wholesale business before moving into the media of radio and television. Gary joined Custodian in early 2004, and in that time has lived and breathed its teachings and principles. His hands on approach and dedication to customer satisfaction make him the ideal leader to head up our Brisbane office.
Gary's drive and passion for success is contagious, and his clients are testament to achieving things they once only dreamed of.
Gary currently has two Custodian properties and has an achievable goal of a portfolio of 11 properties in 10 years.

LUCAS ROGERS Perth Sales Manager
Lucas is a Chartered Accountant by profession and began his career in public accounting. He then moved into commerce and spent seven years in London working for some of the world's largest investment banks.
Lucas is also a licensed real estate agent in Queensland and Western Australia. His extensive knowledge of tax, finance and property places him in good stead to be able to teach others how to build wealth. He joined
the company in June 2005 to set up the Perth office.
Lucas currently owns 1 Custodian property.

LOUISE FITZGERALD-BAKER
Proprietor of Ascent Realty
Louise is proprietor of Ascent Realty and the licensed agent through which Custodian homes are sold in Queensland. The sister of John, she has invested in real estate actively and passively over the past 12 years and more recently obtained her real estate licence and works with a small team of sales agents
specialising in servicing the Custodian market within Queensland.
Prior to her real estate career, Louise worked in both the public and private sectors, nationally and internationally. She worked as an organisational research consultant for 12 years before forming her own business and continues to consult to government and business.
Louise holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with double majors in Communication and Marketing from Bond University.
Louise has three Custodian properties.

TERRY NASSER
Head Runner
Terry is a licensed Real Estate Agent and for the last four years has worked exclusively for the JLF Group, and under the License of Ascent Realty oversees a team of experienced sales agents in looking after the interests of all Custodian clients who inspect property in Queensland.
With many years experience in the industry both in brokerage sales and property management, Terry has spent the past 10 years concentrating on residential property investment and in that time has gained a vast amount of knowledge and expertise, which has proved invaluable to Custodian clients.

Dora McBain Finanicial Controller
Dora joined the JLF Group 1985 after 6 years in a Chartered Accountants public practice in Melbourne. She holds a Bachelor of Business and a Graduate Diploma in Taxation from Monash University.
Dora has been responsible for all finance, accounting and administration functions for the group since 2000.
Dora has a property portfolio of 3 and is buying
another Custodian property in 2007.

LINDA ARMSTRONG
Legal Manager
Linda joined the JLF Group of Companies in 1993 as assistant to the Legal Manager. Today Linda heads up our conveyancing department. She coordinates all contracts from initial signing to settlement.
Linda has 1 investment property and plans to duplicate in the near future.
